Pleasant Valley Campground offers spacious wooded sites which are fully improved with water, electric, sewer, cable TV, and optional  phone hookups. We also have two fully equipped “Cozy Cottage” rentals. The campground is primarily comprised of seasonal campers, with a small number of transient sites available.

Pleasant Valley Campground Rules

  • Four registered campers per site, additional fee for over four with maximum of six to each site.

  • People friendly and well behaved pets are welcome. Pets must be secured with a short chain and quiet at all times. Pets may be walked on campground roads, but they must be on a leash and picked up after. When leaving the campground, your pet must be kept inside your trailer or taken with you. Current shot records are required at check in. Maximum of 2 pets per site. Aggressive breeds such as Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, and Pit Bulls are not permitted. If you are not sure if your dog breed is considered aggressive, please call our office and we can advise.

  • Quiet Hours between 11:00PM and 8:00AM.

  • Alcoholic Beverages permitted on site only by legal aged adults (21 years old). Alcohol abuse will cause eviction of offender. Use of illegal drugs will not be tolerated.

  • Obscene language or profanity will be cause for eviction.

  • No clothes washers or dryers, dishwashers, or garbage disposals are permitted.

  • All RV’S in the campground must be equipped with a holding tank for sewer discharge.

  • Do not wash vehicles or trailers at campsite.

  • No baby pools allowed on site.

  • FIVE (5) MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT STRICTLY ENFORCED.

  • Supervise low campfires at all times. Do not burn pressure treated wood or trash in the fire ring.

  • No gasoline generators allowed. No Chain saws.

  • Positively NO MINI-BIKES, ATV’S, MOPEDS, MOTORIZED BIKES INCLUDING BATTERY OPERATED RIDING TOYS, GOLF CARTS PERMITTED ANYWHERE. Motorcycles are to be used only as transportation in and out of the campground. No joy riding.

  • No firearms, BB guns, archery equipment, or fireworks permitted anywhere.

  • PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS AND SAFETY OF THEIR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. Playground equipment and campground facilities are to be used at your own risk. Parents must supervise children while using playground equipment. Do not use equipment if it is wet since equipment may be slippery. Use equipment in the manner in which it was intended for use. Report any apparent damage or hazard to the office management.

  • An adult site renter must accompany all children under 16 years of age and all guests to the pool. Pool monitor is not a baby sitter.

  • NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS MAY BE LEFT AT THE CAMPSITE OVERNIGHT without a parent or guardian present.

  • Positively no defacing of the trees, shrubs, or underbrush including driving of nails and screws or removal of plants or trimming or cutting of trees or limbs.

  • Recycle bottles, cans, and papers separately at our recycle centers. Secure kitchen type trash in cans or heavy trash bags and leave at the front of your site for pick up. Do not put recyclables in trash.

  • Guests must be registered and pay a guest fee at the office. Limited guests will be permitted.

  • New Seasonal Campers’ RV’S not accepted over 12 years of age.

The family of any person causing a disturbance or vandalism may be told to leave the campground without a refund and denied future camping privileges. No yearly camping permitted and this address cannot be used to enroll children in school or register to vote.

Camping has inherent risks associated with outside activities. We are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring as part of the inherent risks of any camping environmnent.
